Anne Keene Barnes

Callie Anne Keene Barnes, 83, widow of Otis Barnes, died Thursday, December 23, 2010 at her home. The daughter of Thomas Lee and Virgie Bowen Keene, Anne was born April 2, 1927 in Buffalo Springs. A beautician, she had retired with 50 years. She devoted her life to caring for her family and friends. A graveside service will be 2PM Monday at Oakhurst Cemetery. Anne is survived by her nieces, Pamela Willis and her husband, Gary, of Henderson, NC and Ginger Ann Rogers of McKinney; and her nephew, Sonny Keene and his wife, Eleanor, of Greensboro, NC and their families. Her sister, Gerilene Rogers of McKinney also survives.
