Arthur Lee ''Al'' Tillotson, Jr.

Mr. Arthur Lee ''Al'' Tillotson, Jr., husband of Christine Boyd Tillotson, died Sunday, September 12, 2004 in South Boston. The son of Arthur Lee and Willie Neal Tillotson, he was born and reared in Mecklenburg County. Mr. Tillotson was a retired excavation contractor and served as a clerk in the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict. Funeral services will be 2PM Wednesday, September 15, 2004 in the chapel at Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home. Burial will be in the South Granville Memorial Cemetery in Stem, NC. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughter, Donna T. Thompson of Butner, NC and grandchildren, Brad and Brooke Thompson.
