Ms Bettie Bessie Conner of 300 Hamilton Blvd., South Boston, VA 24592, died Saturday, November 12, 2011 at the age of 73. She was born in Halifax County, VA on August 13, 1938 to the late Louis Bradford Conner and the late Grace Hazelwood Conner. Ms. Conner was a retired farmer. Survivors include her dedicated and devoted aide, Janice Green; special friends A. J. and Paula Whitlow and Keith and Joan McDowell; special cousins Sterling Martin, Tommie, Barbara Jean and Henry Wade, and many other cousins. Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 14, 2011 at 11 AM at Providence Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Rev. Lee Roy Davis officiating.
