Cynthia Rhea Depow

Clarksville, VA (formerly of Byram, NJ) - Cynthia Rhea Depow, age 62, wife of Bruce A. Depow, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2016.She was born on December 6, 1953 in Patterson, NJ to the late Constance Russell and Charles Young.Cynthia graduated from Indian Hills High School in 1972, Waynesburg College in 1976 and worked for many years as a corporate accountant and CPA.She loved reading, collecting antiques, and spending time with family and friends. Mrs. Depow is survived by her husband, Bruce; daughter, Shanna and her husband, William E. Daniel, Jr. and grandson, Conor H. Daniel of Raleigh, NC; and daughter, Lindsay E. Depow of Seattle, WA.She is also survived by brother, Greg Young of Virginia Beach, VA and sister, Nancy Scheiner of Oakland, NJ. A celebration of Cynthia’s life will be announced at a later date.The family requests that memorial contributions be designated to the United Methodist Church of Boydton, VA and the ALS Association of DC/MD/VA.
