David Lee Wilkerson

David Lee Wilkerson, 76, died Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at his home. Son of the late Robert Corbett and Etta Lee Matthews Wilkerson, David was a retired construction worker. Graveside funeral services will be 11 AM Friday at Aarons Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Wilkerson is survived by his daughter, Lisa Comer of South Boston; stepson, Robie Davis of Cluster Springs; sisters, Peggy Buchanan of Clarksville, Phyllis Cook of Virgilina, Marie Thomason of Colonial Heights and brothers, Mack Wilkerson and Robert ?Doc? Wilkerson, both of Cluster Springs and Lloyd Wilkerson of Virgilina. Five grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by a brother, Tom Wilkerson. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
