Dolly Marie Chandler

Dolly Marie Chandler of Clarksville, VA passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2026 at the age of 57. She was born in Halifax County on September 25, 1968 to the late Amos Britt Keeton and Elsie Shepard Keeton. Dolly was preceded in death by her husband, James Allen Chandler and mother-in-law Nina Hand.

Dolly began her working years at Russell Stover’s before spending many fulfilling years serving as cafeteria staff at Bluestone High School. Dolly loved spending time on the lake and enjoying the beauty of home. Above all, Dolly was a fierce loving mother and wife, and a kindhearted friend who was always willing to lend a helping hand.

She is survived by a son, Chad Allen Chandler; brother, Andy Keeton; sister, Lisa Keeton; niece, Jasmine Keeton; great nephew, Jy’ier Harris; cousin, Joyce Glasscock; Aunt Lael Shaver & Jimmy Beverly; devoted friends, David Davidson & Matt Ronning.
