Edwin Odell Martin

Mr. Edwin Odell Martin of 1234 McDonald Rd., Scottsburg, VA died Sunday, September 25, 2011 at the age of 63. He was born in Halifax Co., VA on June 17, 1948 the son of Marie Hazelwood Martin and the late Ollie Martin and was married to Eva Muller Martin. Mr. Martin was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Eva Muller Martin of Scottsburg, VA; two daughters, Birgit Barksdale of South Boston, VA and Mary Snow of Glade Hill, VA; his mother, Marie Hazelwood Martin of Scottsburg, VA; a brother, Eugene Martin; two sisters, Texie Snead and Katherine "Boots" Hazelwood; and 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father.
