Frances Wilkerson Tingen

Mrs. Frances Wilkerson Tingen, wife of Arthur Tingen, passed away on Tuesday, February 9th, 2021 at the age of 82. She was born in Mecklenburg County on November 27th, 1938 the daughter of the late James Fonnie Wilkerson and the late Chlorene Buchanan Tuck. Frances worked as a supervisor at Burlington Industries and was a member of Union Chapel Baptist Church. Frances loved being at home with her family and in her free-time she enjoyed reading, puzzles, and playing computer games. She is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Arthur of Clarksville; daughter Cathy Stanisci; grandchildren, Chad Morrison and Nicholas Morrison; great grandchild, Connor Morrison all of Pleasant Garden, NC; brothers, James Wilkerson and wife Charlotte of Utah and Robert Wilkerson and wife Kim of Clarksville. Frances was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Linda Newton and Patsy Jones. A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 12th, 2021 at 3:00 PM in Union Chapel Baptist Cemetery with the Reverends Jackie Wray and Chris Sorensen officiating.
