Herbert Taylor Wilson

Herbert Taylor Wilson, 73, widower of Mae Brogden Wilson, died Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at his home. Mr. Wilson was born August 15, 1937 to Dewey Lee Bryant Wilson and Mary Thelma Crutcher Wilson. He was a graduate of Stovall High School with the class of 1955 and served his country with the United States Navy. A member of Stovall United Methodist Church, memorial services will be held there Sunday at 2PM with the Reverend John Yount and Dr. Glenn Martin officiating. Mr. Wilson is survived by his brothers, Dewey Bryant Wilson of Roxboro and Giles Stephen Wilson of Oxford and close companion, Voncille Spoon. A stepdaughter, Teresa Ann Howell and stepsons, Michael Joseph Hall and Robert Edward Cornell, all of Bostic also survive. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
