Irma Gray Bray Davis

Mrs. Irma Gray Bray Davis of 1100 Shelton Rd., South Boston, VA died on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at the age of 73. She was born on March 19, 1939 to the late Versie Bray and the late Annie B. Arrington Bray and was married to Albert Q. “Butch” Davis, Jr.. Mrs. Davis was a retired employee of JPS, Inc. She formerly attended Revelation Baptist Church She is survived by her husband, Albert Q. “Butch” Davis, Jr. of South Boston, VA; two sons, Richard D. Mulchi and wife, Judy of Halifax, VA; Randy L. Mulchi and wife, Ann of South Boston, VA; daughter Rhonda D. Vest and special friend, Kelly Adam of South Boston, VA; twin sister, Ina New of South Boston, VA; sisters, Brenda Wilson of Chase City, VA and Glenda Thomas of Scottsburg, VA; two brothers, Clifton “Pete” Bray of Richmond, VA and Clarence L. “Squeeky” Bray of Lexington, NC; nine grandchildren, Misty Hill, Amanda Mulchi, Megan Mulchi, Brittney Mulchi, Samantha Vest, Melissa Mulchi, Ashley Vest, Andrew Mulchi and Bobby Vest, Jr.; and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and one sister. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March, 15, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Brooks Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rick Stigile officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge cemetery. The family will receive friends at Brooks Funeral Home on Thursday, March 14, 2013 from 7 PM until 8:30 PM and other times at the home.
