Ms. Jennifer Warren Gregory of 108 Leigh Street, South Boston, died Monday, March 21, 2011 at the age of 62. She was born in Halifax County, on May 22, 1948 to the late Arthur Clyde Warren and the late Mildred Talbott Warren. She was a christian member of Harmony United Methodist Church. During her time of illness, members of McCanless Memorial United Methodist Church continuously ministered to her. This christian service was greatly appreciated by Jennifer and her family. Survivors include two sons, Howard D. Gregory and his wife, Lariza of Nathalie and his children, Hunter and Harrison, and Christopher T. Gregory and his significant other, Sandra Francis of Java and her children, Jamie Pernell, Amy Lawson (husband David), Destiny and Pipper Lawson; two sisters, Priscilla W. Franklin and her husband, David of South Boston, and Carol W. Thomas and her husband, David of Halifax; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters, Elwyn W. Owen, Edith W. Eck, Barbara W. Warren, and Frances Barker. Memorial services for Jennifer Warren Gregory will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at McCanless Memorial United Methodist Church at 2:00 PM with Rev. Ann Norton and Rev. Michael Teixeria officiating. Immediately following the service in the church, there will be a visitation and reception. At other times the family will receive friends at the home of David & Priscilla Franklin, 2701 Frenwick Drive, South Boston.
