Linda Rae Dieleman

Linda Rae Dieleman, 69, a resident of South Boston, Virginia passed on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at 1:20 A.M. at Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital in South Boston. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 5, 2021, at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf, Iowa. Burial will follow in Glendale Cemetery in LeClaire, Iowa. Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family. She was born on July 7, 1952, in Oskaloosa, Iowa, the daughter of Daniel and Lorraine Grosvenor Dieleman. On May 21, 2005, she was united in marriage to Thomas Seawell in Gloucester, Virginia. Linda owned and operated a bakery in Saluda, Virginia. Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Tom; her daughter, Deana Comandatore of Bettendorf; her sons, Doug Tinlin of Davenport, Iowa, Michael Comandatore of Moline, Illinois, Russell Comandatore of Davenport and Christopher Comandatore of Virginia Beach, Virginia; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and her brothers, Mike Dieleman in Texas, and Dale Dieleman in California. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Gary, Dean and Jeryl; and her parents.
