Loretta Herborn

Loretta Florence Wilson, a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 with three daughters at her bedside.  She was 88 years old. 

Loretta was preceded in death by her beloved husband Arthur Langhorne McClane Herborn.  Her parents Edwin Shaw Wilson and Myrtle Marie Snover Wilson. Her sister, Joyce Beverly Wilson McPherson.  Her two sons Steven Allen Herborn and Arthur James Herborn.

Loretta is survived by her daughters Linda Humphries (Richard), and Sherrie Herborn. She has seven grandchildren.  Roy Dobis (Tiffany), Kimberly Herborn (Nate Lahy), Steven Humphris, Shawn Dobis (LeighAnn), Edward Humphris, Sabrina Keady (Johann), Keith Dobis (Brittney Spratt). Loretta also had eight great grandchildren.  Ryan Dobis, Dean Dobis, Brixton Keady, Charlotte Dobis, Theodore Keady, Rhiannon Dobis, Calum Dobis and Dash Keady.

Loretta was a member of Clarksville Baptist Church whee she supported various chartities and the children's ministry.

Loretta was originally from Brick, NJ. She was very active in teh school community when her children were growing up. She was a class Mom and a member of the PTA. She was a Den Mother when her son Steven was in teh Cub Scouts.  Both of her daughters were in 4-H and she would volunteer during the county fair. Loretta was a volunteer at Burnt Tavern Manor.

Her celebration of life ceremony will be held at Clarksville Baptist Church on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Oakhurst Cemetery.
