Peggy was a cherished resident of Scottsburg, Virginia, where her warmth and dedication to community and family were widely known and deeply appreciated. Peggy dedicated many years of her life to serving the public as a deputy clerk for Halifax County, a role in which her meticulous nature and steadfast integrity shone through. She tirelessly contributed her time and talents to various local initiatives, always with a warm smile and encouraging word.
