Raymond "Buzz" David Busby

Boydton, VA Raymond “Buzz” David Busby passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at the age of 74. He was born in Danville, VA on November 29, 1946 to the late George Thomas and Charlotte Brown Busby. He served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and after his service, worked in the construction field. Buzz was a devoted father and grandfather who helped his daughter lovingly raise her children. They always knew where to turn when a listening ear and loving heart was needed. Cherishing his memory are his daughter, Kim Beckner (Jason) of Clarksville; grandchildren, Santanna Jester, Siearra Jester, Damian Hurd, Austin Beckner, Jacob Beckner and Skylar Beckner; great grandchildren, Ayden Holbert, Dakota Holbert, Jonathan Cervantes and Landon Hickenbottom and special friend, Darlene Jester.
