Clarksville, VA - Warren T. Eichhorn, beloved partner of Agnes Yankowski, passed away at his home on Tuesday, August 01, 2017 at the age of 73.He was born in Elizabeth, NJ on July 17, 1944 to the late Cornelia Dunn and Frederick Charles Eichhorn, Jr.Warren was a United States Army veteran and had served during the Vietnam War with the 109th Airborne Division.He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Florida State University and continued to follow his airborne passion for many years through his own parachute manufacturing business.Warren always had some project he was working on and couldn’t stay idle.Whether it was one of his personal pursuits, or something to help out a friend or neighbor; Warren tried to lend his experience to anyone who needed it.Warren was a member of Ephesus United Methodist Church. In addition to Agnes, Mr. Eichhorn is survived by his daughter, April Eichhorn of South Hampton, NJ; son, Warren Eichhorn, II (Renee) of South Hampton, NJ; sister, Nancy Vacca of Clarksville, VA; two brothers, Fred Eichhorn (Diane) of Florida, and Charles Eichhorn (Lynn) of Connecticut; three grandchildren, Emma, Joey, and Warren Eichhorn III; and numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. A memorial service for Mr. Eichhorn will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at Ephesus United Methodist Church.The Reverend Randall Baisey will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Ephesus United Methodist Church or to the Lake Country SPCA.
